Goals

I love having goals. It’s what keeps me in the gym. It keeps me motivated. I have short term goals, long term goals, primary, secondary, and tertiary goals, gymnastic goals and strength goals, fitness and personal goals. Lots and lots of goals! BUT, I occasionally lose sight of the most important goal. The reason I believe so strongly in CrossFit. And today I saw a video that reminded me.

This guy is 95 years old and just smoked a 200m run. That’s the kind of fitness I want. The kind that keeps me moving well my whole life. Kudos to Charles Eugster. Hope I can break your record in 64 years.
