Murph Update and June Event

You asked for it, and we listened! Murph will now be held at CrossFit Kirkwood. Class starts at 8 am, and you will sign up online like normal.

Also, mark your calendars for June 10th. We will have a CFKW event that day. What event? That is totally up to you! Vote below for the event you’d most like to see.
