Great day at CFKW!  It started with a partner WOD for the adults then Deck of Cards for the kids.  I absolutely love the energy at the gym on Saturdays.  Between the camaraderie of a tough partner WOD and the excitement of the kids, it makes me appreciate what we have at CFKW.  Enjoy the pics from today!
