Here’s a little about Mandy:
“I’ve been at CFKW since June of this year. I’ve been crossfitting for about 6 years.
I’m CFL1 and RYT 200 certified.
I have 3 kids 19, 16 and 13 years old.
Injuries have been my greatest teacher. Every time my body has given me negative feedback it has forced me to reevaluate, tune in and change things up. I would never have branched out into all the different modes of fitness that I have if it wasn’t for the fact that I was struggling with some sort of injury at the time.
If you can breathe you can do yoga. Yoga helps us relate to our bodies a little differently than CrossFit. It integrates the mind with the body through breath and movement and allows us the opportunity to tune into what’s going on inside of us both physically and mentally. This yoga class is designed for everyone. You don’t have to be clean to take a bath and you don’t have to be flexible to do yoga. “
