Dan, Meghan, Matt R., and Jeff Lash tackled 21.1 this morning. Tough WOD! There was a moment when they were all face down on the ground, some shaking their heads, some groaning. But they all nailed it! Good work everyone.
Maria and Bill tackled the first Open WOD. Matt jumped in too for moral support. Great work, you three!!
Maria and Elizabeth both hitting #205 for 3x3 on the deadlift today. Such strong ladies. Andrew, the deadlifting machine, with solid reps making it look easy. Love the determination.
For those interested in a little fitness push, checkout the details about the CrossFit Open. This is a great way to have some friendly competition amongst our community and see how you rank amongst others. Despite if you’re signed up for the Open or not, our gym will be doing the workouts on Saturdays (with some additional work depending on the workouts 😊). It’s 3 weeks long so give it a shot! Reach out if you have questions.
