If you don’t have CrossFit experience, we recommend coming and trying one class for free. We provide one session with a trainer to go through some of the movements after your free class. This allows you to see if you like the structure then gain some experience with movements new to you. We provide the introductory class for free after the purchase of a class pass. Click the “Mind and Body” link on the left to set up an account for purchases.
