For those interested in a little fitness push, checkout the details about the CrossFit Open. This is a great way to have some friendly competition amongst our community and see how you rank amongst others. Despite if you’re signed up for the Open or not, our gym will be doing the workouts on Saturdays (with some additional work depending on the workouts 😊). It’s 3 weeks long so give it a shot! Reach out if you have questions.
6 am and 7 am classes cancelled tomorrow. 9:15 and evening classes are still on. Thanks for understanding!
Just a reminder, Saturday classes are now at 7, 8, and 9 am.
This Saturday’s class times are the same but starting January 9th, we’re shifting the times. We’ll be focusing on specific skill practice (Dus, TTB, pull ups, etc) as well as accessory work prior to the WOD.
