CrossFit Foundation classes introduce as well as reviews movements performed in the regular CrossFit classes. Each class will focus on 3-4 movements which will be explained and demonstrated by the coach, then performed by the class with lots of feedback and cuing. This class is great for people who are curious about CrossFit, members who are new to our community as well as veteran Crossfitters who are looking to dial in their form. The structure of this class consists of: a group warm up, explanation of the movements, group practice, and a short WOD (workout of the day) incorporating those movements.
