Monday – Thursday CrossFit Classes:

6am, 7am, 8am, 9:15, 4:45 (WOD class…shorter class) and 5:45pm

 

Friday Open Gym:

6am, 7am, 9:15

 

Saturday CrossFit Classes:

7-8 am, 8-9 am, 9-10 (this is a WOD class)

 

 

Sunday Open Gym:

9 am-10:00am on some Sundays
