So, you’re on the fence about this Whole 30 thing. Totally understandable. So, I’m here to tell you why you should do it.
Start by reading this. It gives you an outline of what Whole 30 is and it gives some very good reasons for trying it.
Basically, Whole 30 is 30 days of eating a strict paleo diet. “But I can cheat a little, right?” Nope. Not even a little. Zero cheats. No excuses. Take 30 days out of your life and commit to this one goal.
I know, I know. This is unreasonable. Clearly you have to drink at your niece’s wedding, right? Nope. But you can totally have a piece of cake at your dad’s birthday party, right? Not this year. Just a little sugar in my coffee? Not a single grain. It’s 30 days. YOU CAN DO IT!!!
There are two groups of people. Some who have done Whole 30 and some who haven’t.
If you have done Whole 30, you can still participate! Nothing like 30 days of healthy eating to get you back on track.
If you haven’t done Whole 30, now is the time! You will learn how certain foods affect your body. Maybe you will find out that you are a little sensitive to gluten but milk doesn’t seem to bother you. No matter what, you will know more about what works best for you.
Not reason enough? Well, I have one more. At the end of the thirty days, we will put the name of everyone who made it into a hat. Then, we will randomly draw a name, and that person will get a FREE MONTH of Unlimited CrossFit!!!! How cool is that?!?!?
