As most of you know, this week, a team of awesome athletes will represent CrossFit Kirkwood at the 6th Annual Heart of America Affiliate Team Competition!! Over the years, this has grown to an INCREDIBLE event, drawing top athletes from all over the country. After a short time on the waiting list, our team made it into the event!
