This week, we will start working on a gymnastics goal. One of the things I like about the gymnastics skills is that there is always a next level. Master the ring row – work on the pullup. Master the pullup – work on the muscle up. Master the muscle up – work on the elevator. Same is true for the pushup -> handstand -> handstand pushup -> etc. No matter what skill you are working on, you will increase your overall fitness. So the question is – what skill will you pick?
