I sometimes forget this super simple and incredibly effective coaching tip. Go. To. Sleep. Sleep as much as you can. As well as you can. Want to finish faster in workouts? Get better sleep. Want to PR your front squat? Get better sleep. Want to be less sore and more awake? Get more sleep. Try it. It is possibly the easiest homework I’ll ever give you. Go home and close your eyes.
