New Skills

This week, we are moving to the next phase of our skills. They will be very similar to past skills, but just a little different. This will allow us to continue to develop strength and proficiency in these movements.

Monday: Back Squats

Tuesday: Power Cleans

Wednesday: Push Press

Thursday: Front Squat
