This is about the best thing I’ve read in a long time. I sometimes forget that we do this because it is supposed to be fun. I mean, after working endless hours every day, we CHOOSE to spend our precious free time at CrossFit Kirkwood. While I truly hope that you PR your deadlift, master your olympic lifts, and look better than ever, I also hope that you LOVE every second that you are in the gym. “Embrace the Suck,” as it were, but don’t take it too seriously. You’ll be hard pressed to find better advice.
