I’m super excited that we are taking some time to work on pullups. It can be incredibly frustrating. And progress can be slow. But it will come. You will get stronger and master the pullup. A major part of this is making sure to keep your shoulders healthy!!! Do all of the assigned warmup and mobility plus anything that you think would help you. If you start to feel pain in your shoulders, back off, scale back, and make sure you are in good positions. Here is a really great article from CrossFit Invictus about why you don’t have a pullup yet.
