Mobility Monday – Back

My number one injury prone area is my back. Starting with a spinal fusion back in 2004, I’ve always had tweaks – some minor and some more serious. Lately, I’ve been looking for ways to minimize those injuries, and I have found one that seems to really help. Check out this article and try this flow. I take about 5 minutes every day to work through these movements. See if you can build an unbreakable back!
