Sometimes, I will look at an athlete and think, “That athlete’s feet are caving in when they squat.” No big deal. I tell them what is going on, and they try to correct it. Or maybe their knees aren’t staying out during box jumps or squats. Same thing. I cue, they correct. But maybe we need to take a look and see if there is a deeper problem Is a knee caving in a knee problem or a hip problem? Honestly, I don’t know. We have to try some things and see what works. Today, I bring you one of Kelly Starrett’s earliest Mobility WODs. He showed us this movement at the Mobility Seminar, and it is a GREAT exercise. Give it a try and see if it helps!
