Goals

For as long as I can remember, Matt has had a goal of making a 225 clean and jerk. After months of technique work and strength gains, the 225 clean came. It actually became pretty regular. But the jerk was stubbornly resistant. Week after week, Matt lifted, did drills, and worked on technique.

He made it!! This is very impressive lift, but Matt’s determination and hard work is even more impressive. Congrats, Matt!! Great job!
