I have a confession. I can’t touch my toes. I can’t remember the last time I could. Maybe grade school. I usually blame my spinal fusion (which isn’t a ridiculous claim) and my short arms (valid, but maybe less convincing).

Anyway, it is time to do something about my terrible flexibility. But, like everyone, I need something to keep me accountable, and last week I found ROMWOD. This is a website that helps to increase your range of motion. Everyday, they post a WOD. But there are no thrusters or T2B. It’s basically like a yoga session that focuses on static stretches.

I’m a week in, and I’m really starting to enjoy it. At first, it was a little to relaxed for me. The soft voice and music had me rolling my eyes. Now, I can appreciate the time I spend in each stretch. I really do look forward to it.
