I’m putting my teacher hat on for a moment...if you are looking for an easy learning tool for your kiddos K-12, Flocabulary.com is a great tool. There are short educational videos, printed materials if you want them, online quizzes and games. You can easily set up a free trial or pay $10 a month for full access.

Unfortunately the time has come for us to close our doors after tomorrow’s last class. With schools, restaurants and numerous other businesses closing, we need to do our part to be socially responsible. However, we’ll be posting at-home WODS, daily/weekly well being challenges, and be on the lookout for outdoor workouts. Remember to show acts of kindness, continue to challenge yourself and let go of the things you can’t control, and have faith that we are all connected and will pull through this crisis together. Be safe, stay active and healthy! We’ll be back at it soon enough!

Baby Kimmel is here!! Sarah referred to their new baby boy as, “Mike's mini me.” He arrived yesterday morning at 6:52 am. 8 lb 8 oz 21.5 in length. Everyone is healthy and doing well! We’re so happy for you, Sarah and Mike!

Few examples of quality deadlifts today. Notice the shoulders slightly in front of the bar, lumbar curve is maintained and full extension is reached at the top. They also did a great job making sure the hips and chest were rising at the same time. Good work!!
