Just A Little Motivation

I love this video. I know I’m not a former nationally competitive weightlifter. Clearly, I’m not really old enough to be making a come back. But I like the idea that no matter how long we are away from something, it’s never too late to go back. Maybe your nutrition has fallen off this month. Get back on it!! Maybe you’re slipping into a pattern of missing the gym. Turn it around! It’s never too late. You’ve never been away for too long. It’s never too hard to make a change.
