Well, we ran into some scheduling difficulties during this challenge, but I know many of you had great success. Personally, I had a very successful month. My weight and measurements are down slightly, but I’ve seen real improvement in strength (which is pretty awesome for a strength athlete). If you want to get your final measurements, Kristen will be at the gym between the 7:30 and 8:45 classes this coming Saturday.
But we’re not done yet! Kristen has offered to sit down with you to discuss your personal dietary needs. She offers full meal planning, which includes tracking body fat percentage. The meal planning is designed for each individual based off of their body composition, goals, and lifestyle. Working with you in this way allows her to tweak your diet and macro break down based on your progress or lack thereof.
