Fiiiiine… The Open Can Be Awesome

If you happened to listen to the podcast last week, you may have heard me bashing the Open a bit. So. let me say this – Yes, there are things about the Open that frustrate me. I don’t always agree with the programming, it tends to disrupt regular training, and it may actually hinder our progress over the 5 week period.

However, there one thing I can’t deny. The Open tends to bring out the best in people. Example: Sara Fischer’s first ever bar muscle up.

I wish I had been there to see this!!! Congrats, Sara!
