Thirty-three years ago, this strapping young lad was born on a beautiful Korean morning. Two years later, the wise leaders sent him to America, where he would grow up to learn about the phenomena of the situation comedy (Seinfeld, Friends, Scrubs, etc), mechanical engineering (which he would never use), and the ancient art of functional fitness.
In all seriousness, I consider myself extremely lucky to teach CrossFit as a career. I’ve met some amazing people and made some great friends. Thanks for a great year, everyone!
