As I was browsing through the depths of the internet, I came across Verge Athletics. This appears to be a couple of gyms out in Pennsylvania and also powers CrossFit Villanova at the University. I love taking a look at other gyms. Each one does things just a little bit differently, and I can usually learn something from all of them.
This particular gym had neat little squat mobility program. The challenge was to follow the programming every day for 4 weeks. Looking at the program, I can see how this would definitely help. We will include this in our warmup 2-3 days/week for the next month, but if you need extra work, I recommend you hit this every day. Check it out here.
