Big congrats to Noel and his team for finishing 6th place at the Heart of America CrossFit competition! AND Emily filled in on a scaled Barx team that finished 21st out of 68 teams!
These guys competed in 10 workouts over 3 days. Yikes!!!! I hope you two enjoy a well-deserved rest day. Great work!
