Martha’s Good Idea


Hey gang! This is Martha! She’s pretty awesome. dsc_0024You probably know her. She’s a CFKW staple, and always thinking of ways to make our gym more awesome. Recently, she sent me an idea that I just couldn’t pass up. Like most of you, my December is pretty busy. I end up putting my workouts on hold and my diet tends to suffer. But why wait until January to put our health first? Let’s make December the month that we get back on track! Hence, our end of year challenge. There is now a board at the gym with every day left in the year, and a place for you to enter your name. The goal is to get in at least 20 times between now and the end of the year. That’s just 4x/week. The perfect number to jump start your fitness. To further inspire you, entry is $5/person. At the end of the year, we will enter everyone who came 20+ times into a drawing for all the cash!!! Pretty awesome, right!?!?! So, sign up for the challenge and for class. Let’s start our New Year’s Challenge a month early!
