On Thursday night at 7:00 pm CST, CrossFit will release the first workout of the 2017 CrossFit Games Open. Will it be a repeat of 2012’s 7 minutes of burpees? Last year’s 20 minute AMRAP of OH walking lunges, burpees, and C2B pullups? Or something totally new and different? I guess we’ll just have to wait to find out.
Whether or not you actually sign up and compete, you can participate in our in-house battle of the sexes. Tomorrow, I will hang the following poster at the gym:
The Open workout will be the workout of the day on Saturdays. You’re also welcome to complete the workout during Open Gym on Friday or Sunday as long as you provide your own judge. In order for your score to count, you must complete the workout with a judge and submit a scoresheet. Who will win?!?!
