You Are An Athlete

Read the title of this post. You fall into one of two categories.

  1. You say, “Yeah. I’m totally an athlete. CrossFit is hard!!!”
  2. Athlete? No way. I just do this for fun.

Well, I hate to break it to you, but you ARE an athlete. Think about what you do on a regular basis. You pick up heavy weights. You pull up. You push down. You jump. You sprint, and you compete. That makes you an athlete. The only thing separating you from the pros is a wad of Kodiak and a team of professionals to help you recover.
