Week of 8/7

Bring A Friend Day!! CrossFit is fun, but it’s even more fun with your friends! If you have a friend or several friends who are interested in CrossFit, bring them to class on August 26th. Brooke will lead a fun workout, scaleable to athletes of ANY age or fitness level. We’ll start at 8 and hang out for  bit after to answer any questions. Click here to sign up!
