Week of 1/15

It’s about this time of year that most people start to lose steam on their New Year’s Resolutions. If weight loss was your goal, maybe some bad foods have started to sneak their way back into the rotation. Well, we’re going to fix that!!!

We’re going to run an old school Biggest Loser competition!!! This week, have your trainer weigh you to get a starting weight. Bring $10 to the gym, and get rid of the bad food in your house. We will divide everyone into Team Jeff and Team Brooke. Starting next Sunday, we will spend 8 weeks focusing on good nutrition and consistent exercise. Whichever team loses the highest percentage body weight will get gift cards to Symbowl!!! So, get ready to buckle down and lose some lbs!!!
