Be sure to sign up for The Biggest Loser Team Competition by Saturday morning. Teams will be drafted Saturday afternoon, and you’ll be hearing from your coach on Sunday. Even if you don’t feel you need to lose weight, this is a time to detox from the holidays, share recipes, hold each other accountable for workouts each week, and push each other to make some healthy changes!
