Week of 3/12

Last week, I asked which you thought was the better movement; the pullup or the pushup. Well, the results are in!

Bicep Curls – 1 vote

Can you believe it?!?! Actually, that worked out perfectly. Both the pullup and the pushup have tremendous value. The key is to spend your time perfecting the movements. Take time to develop strength and perfect positions. Don’t be afraid to scale back while progressing!
