Week of 3/26

By a vote of 17-3, you all voted that the barbell snatch is a GREAT movement for our workout routine. Obviously, I agree! Our goal when snatching is to perform the movement in a SAFE way. We scale the weight and modify the movement to maximize our workout while minimizing our risk for injury. Don’t worry about adding weight until your form is as sharp as this kid:
