Meet Mike and Memorial Day

Meet Mike Thompson!  He finished his first intro class Thursday night and will be back for more.  Mike and his family moved from Ohio to Kirkwood. Be sure to introduce yourself when you see him.  Welcome Mike!!

Just a reminder… Katie will be teaching an 8:00 class on Memorial Day.  She’s got a hero WOD up her sleeve so be sure to join if you’re in town.  Have a great Memorial Weekend!  See you next week.
