Jeff Passes His Recertification

Jeff got the official word…he passed the CrossFit recertification test!  Gym can carry on 🙂 .

It is full of awesome services for a very reasonable cost. https://thewellnessagora.com CFKW is also having a girls’ night here March 17th from 4-6. See the details in the email I sent. A big CONGRATS to Chris and his family on their new addition. August(Auggie) was born 02/20/20 @ 5:50 am. 6lbs 10ozs. Mom and baby are happy and healthy! What a great family pic!
